Candy Crush Saga Level 280

Tips for level 280 Candy Crush Saga
There's no jelly under the meringues, so don't waste time crushing into them. Just clear the jelly that's visible on the board, then send your jelly fish out to destroy the jelly in the corners.
The only trick is not to set the jelly fish off until you've cleared the rest of the jelly that's in play. And don't bother mixing it with a special candy because there is no candy in those squares to make a special with.

More tips and strategy!
Bring down ingredients.
On some levels of Candy Crush Saga you need to get ingredients down the playing area and out of an exit, usually at the bottom.
Here in the picture you can see cherries at the top,l which have to be moved down to the bottom and out of the exits.
This example is fairly simple.
The main thing to remember on these levels is to concentrate on getting the ingredients to the exit holes, sometimes at the expense of making special candies.
As you progress in the game the boards get more complicated and sometimes several seemingly unrelated moves have to be made to get the ingredients down and off the board.
Here is level 81 Candy Crush Saga.
If you look in the pink area on the left you will see there are 3 cherries to be brought down.
Sometimes you will see nuts also, it depends on the level.
But first you have to remove the licorice whorls and unlock the locked candies to get the cherries to the exits at the bottom.
Make specials if you can to begin with, which will help to remove the obstacles, then concentrate on getting the ingredients down.
Once you get the first one off the board the next one, with luck, will drop down after your next move, so try to make your next move in an easy place, ie. the middle of the board, or away from any other obstacles.

Hints and Tips for level 275 Candy Crush Saga
Original video which may still be on mobiles.
Here are tips from an anonymous player.. Thank you.
I just beat this level! The trick is to allow the chocolate to grow around the two in the corner to "shield" the bombs from falling.
Work on getting each side cleared of Jelly while making sure to not make any moves that will blow up the chocolates in the two top corners.
If you do blow them up, you have to get lucky enough for a chocolate to grow back there or switch it with a regular candy.
Once you have almost all the jelly removed you need to be lucky enough to get a multicoloured candy matched with a stripe candy and hope for the best.
I was stuck for about a week but got lucky enough to have everything work in my favour. Good Luck!

Candy Crush Saga Level 267.
This is a 90sec game with time bomb. Needs 100k score.
Most common method is to hit the bottom, before opening the top when time bomb drops. This video is interesting. I stopped hitting even when I still have 42 sec left with only 43k score. Yet I cleared the round.
The idea is to get 1 or more vertical candies into the middle 3 column with many time bombs outside. 1 or more wrappers there will help too. If you have those in your game, just try to wait till the time finishes rather than let the time bomb kills you.
Understanding something in the generic strategy leads me stopping the game and letting the time pass by. Each time bomb is worth 3000 points. If you have more than 10 there, its already 30000 point without calculating other effects.

Tips for level 265 from an anonymous player..
Tips: before you combine the multicoloured ones with the stripped ones, try to count HOW MANY of the particular colour are on each line (there are four lines - and if they are not enough of the particular colour (in my case blue), try to get more so more blue candies will turn into stripped blue ones when you combine.
I did so, and managed this level :)
More tips from Remo Shen.
This is a little tricky as all the jelly is double jelly, off to the sides and you have bomb dispensers once you eliminate the pieces. The helpful part is all the jelly is in the same 4 rows so you can can create horizontal striped candies and set them off in those rows, that’s the most common way to get through this level. If you can create a color bomb and mix it with a striped candy you can do major damage and it will make it a lot easier to pass this level in 30 moves. The hardest part is keeping track of all the bombs and making them disappear when needed.

Candy Crush Saga game mobile app problems?

If you have a problem with playing Candy Crush Saga on your mobile phone or ipad/iphone here are some solutions to common problems encountered so far.
The first thing to do is make sure you have downloaded the latest updates from Apple or your app store.
If you play on a Mobile device, you need to reconnect with Facebook once a day, that will usually fix any problems with coins or lives!
A little tip for people on mobile that can't connect to FB..
If you have the FB app installed you can open the FB app, touch the 3 lines top left, scroll down to the apps, candy crush should be listed on the left side, touch that and the CCS app should open and now connect you, It works, some just don't know how to do it.. If that fails, you need to delete the CCS app,
Mobile app players are able to keep lives saved up in their message box for a certain time, but they occasionally vanish.
Sometimes when you download updates, sometimes for no apparent reason.
There is nothing to be done about this.
If you contact the developers about this issue they will tell you that you are only supposed to have 5 lives so will make no attempt to help you.
Take advantage of the bounty while you have it, but don't cry when they go...
My new friends aren't showing, I can't request tickets!
Log out of Facebook and close the Candy Crush Saga app completely. Double click the home button to close the app.
Then Open the app and log into FB and your new friends should appear within a few minutes.
Message: The game does not have access to the Kingdom!
Fix.... Force a reconnect to Facebook.
Once a day before you start playing you can do this to
make things run smoothly.
CLOSE CCS (x it in running apps)
Go to
SETTINGS->Facebook->Allow these apps to use your
account:->
Then for Candy Crush slide to off, then slide to on.
Open CCS, it will ask you to connect.
If it doesn't you probably didn't close out of the app
completely.
Close out completely and start the process over.
This may help your problem.
Doing this daily will help a lot of problems.
Check your internet connection.
Even if it says you're connected, disconnect and re connect.
If you tap the connect and nothing happens, try this.
- Go to your device’s Settings menu.
- Scroll down and tap on Facebook.
- Here you will have a Candy Crush Saga setting . Please disable > re-enable this setting then check if the issue you are experiencing still occurs.
Still having trouble connecting to facebook from your
Android phone?
Try this: Go to settings (system settings) and then
click on 'developer options', scroll down until you see the
apps (or applications) heading and then find the "don't keep
activities" box. If this box is checked, that's your problem.
Uncheck it and you should be good to go (as long as you
are signed in to facebook on your phone). If the box is
already unchecked, try something else.
Tip from Deljuan Jones
I solved my not being able to connect issue on my iPhone 5 by deleting the Facebook app, then deleting my account info from the Facebook that's integrated into iOS settings then I tried to play and it took me to Safari to connect with no problem then I reinstalled Facebook and put my account info back the Facebook section that's integrated into iOS!
Tip from Mags Spiers
Double click your home button and all the apps you have
been in will display along the bottom there will be a small
red - at each hit each to close this app, all the apps you go
into although you come out of them still run in the
background once you've closed them all go back into candy
crush then into your setting and hit connect it should work
now.
Or try this
Close the app by clicking on the bottom left hand corner, remove your fb account from your phone, open cc and it will ask for Facebook account, add it and all will be right with the world of cc!!
If I try to reinstall the game, will I lose my progress?
If you played while connected with Facebook, your progress is stored on the Facebook account and will not be lost. However, if you played offline (not connected to Facebook), the progress is saved locally, on the device, and will be lost when the application is deleted or the phone restored to factory settings.

I am getting the #111858 when trying to connect to Facebook on my Android phone. How can I solve this problem?
Navigate to Settings on your device, tap on “Developer options”, scroll down to “Apps” and make sure that the “Don’t keep activities option” is unchecked.
Do you share your ipad with someone else?
If you do and you find you cannot connect to FB, you will need to delete the other person's FB details and re-add your own, some devices seem to have no facility for sharing.
My game crashes when I enter a level what should I do?
A game crash is usually caused by memory issues on your device.
The best way to fix these issues is to restart your device, which clears the memory.
My Candy Crush game keeps crashing
If you have lots of lives/moves in your message box it can cause the game to crash, especially when trying to access the lives..
To prevent this happening keep your lives down to below 100 in your message box...If you have more when you log on just accept them until you are down to 100.
To prevent this happening keep your lives down to below 100 in your message box...If you have more when you log on just accept them until you are down to 100.
This is common and is usually cured by trying to make a move somewhere else on the board. If that doesn't work try switching off the device for a few minutes, then restarting.
Try holding down the top button on your iPhone or iPad to turn it off, and then try Candy Crush Saga again.
If this doesn’t help, uninstall Candy Crush Saga and reinstall the game again.
But only if your game is synced with Facebook! If you are not synced with Facebook you could lose all your progress!!
I have connected to Facebook, but my progress from Facebook does not show up on my mobile. Why?
When you are on the map, there is a small symbol on the lower right side of the screen. If this symbol is red, then it means that synchronization with your Facebook account has failed. If it is green, then synchronization is complete. When synchronization fails, you will need to find a better Internet connection and try again.

My Game is on different levels on my mobile device and PC
To synchronise your games try turning off BOTH devices, then turn them back on and open Candy Crush Saga through FB in both devices.
They should then be on the same level.
This will only work up to the last level available for mobiles.

If I log out of my Facebook account and someone else logs in, will I lose all my progress?
No! The game supports multiple logins with different Facebook accounts. If you log out from Facebook, your local progress will be restored once you log back in. If you log in with another Facebook account, then the progress from that point will be logged to that account. If you continue to play without being connected to Facebook, then the progress will be merged with the progress of the Facebook account that is logged in next.

Candy Crush Saga Level 246 Tips.
From this level you will find fish in place of some candies on some levels.
What do the fish do?
Candy Crush Fish.
By Adrian Gardner
Fish … although some levels of Candy Crush Saga conclude with a “swimming
fish” bonus (and it's a purchasable boost on some levels too)
from level 246 onwards coloured fish can appear in place
of candies.
I think (but TBC) that they can also be randomly
encountered on level 231 onwards when replacing '?'
candies.
If you make a valid swap (ie line of three, or more) which
contains a fish then that line goes as normal AND three
extra fish “swim on” from the edge of the screen and each
make a beneficial clear of a cell - somewhere. (note the cell
can be one with, OR WITHOUT, a candy in it)
NOTE in the example pictured above
(which is a few goes in), the
can ONLY have it's jelly cleared by line blasts and other
specials OR by a fish.
Here triggering a fish combo (ie in the right frame) could
yield a clearance of the jelly in a full, or in an “empty” cell on the left frame. Fish will always try and clear a jelly cell, if
there is one.
Where it gets more clever is when you swap a fish with a
“special” …
If you swap a fish with a stripped (vertical or horizontal)
candy (of any colour, they DON'T have to be the same
colour!) results in the three fish swimming on and depositing AND triggering
three striped candies (randomly vertical or horizontal, NOT
the same as the one you swapped the fish with) in random
(but beneficial) locations. NOTE – they can ONLY “swap” a
candy – if the cell is empty it will just clear the jelly, NOT
“create” a new striped candy – so best played with a full play area!
In a similar way, swap any coloured fish with any coloured
wrapped candy and the three fish swim on and deposit AND
triggering three wrapped candies (again, only if the cell has
a candy in it already).
Likewise, swap other specials with a fish for extra bonuses
(not tested at this time!)
When you've got fish the tactics are …
- keep chocolate away from it (it will “eat” it and therefore
waste it!)
- if possible play specials with a fish. DOESN'T have to be a
line of three, just one “special” with just one fish, of any
colour.
- try and keep jellied areas full of candies, especially area
which don't re-fill, so specials can have maximum effect
- if possible, save some fish for near the end – if you've only
got two jelly cells to clear, but in hard-to-get-at places one
fish will do them.
If 3 fish are triggered, they will only attack a piece
of jelly ONCE.
So if you have a double thick piece it will only clear the
top layer.
A colour bomb and a fish if swapped turn 3 random candies
into fish, which then turn into 3 MORE fish.
So 1 colour bomb with a fish makes NINE fish!!
